This book is a must, there are tones of wonderful designs, if you were afraid to try paper piecing dont be. Carol explains how it is done easly and with dicture diagrams for us (not so bright people).

As usual with Carol's books, this one is extremely well put together and helpful to anyone who wants to paper piece. A DVD comes with the book which can be used to re-size and print foundation papers. You can't really go wrong if you buy your quilting books written by Carol Doak. The blocks are shown photographed in fours, but it would have been nice to have a few pictures of complete quilts using some of the blocks featured since sometimes a quilt takes on a whole new persona when more than four blocks are shown together. That is a VERY minor criticism though, and didn't detract from the book at all.
